Kirby started in a garage, so can you.

In 1959 Kirby Hensley started his famous Life Church in the garage of his home. Three years later he opted to incorporate and he borrowed the Universal name from our Christian Church.

 

You can do the same.

 

Kirby chose not to be a faith based Church in accord with any known doctrine of faith. You however for those ordained by Brother Michael you possess the authority and the lineage to Christ necessary to start a Church of within the Christian Doctrine of Faith.

Again, no law anywhere says you must be incorporated, a non-profit or an LLC. Kirby Hensley waited three years to file his Articles of Incorporation with the State of California.

 

We do offer Congregational Charters of Affiliation, just click here

 

Again you can use the Universal Life Church name, just like Kirby did since it is not trademarked or copyrighted by anyone. The only catch is if you incorporate, it cannot be the exact name of any other incorporated entity. Or you can use any name you desire provided it is not trademarked or incorporated.
